In order to serve you better, we ask you review the list of scenarios prior to submitting a service request. This form is for warranty-related issues. Any installation related issues need to be addressed with the company that completed the installation.

Service Request

Contact the contractor or installer if:

  • ZDoor Does Not Open with Ease
  • ZDoor Needs Adjustments
  • ZThere are Gaps Between the Door Panel and Frame
  • ZThere is Water Coming In
  • ZThe Door Binds When Opened or Closed
  • ZThere is Condensation on the Glass
  • ZDoor Does Not Lock
  • ZThe Door Panel is Bowed Less than 1/4"

After reviewing the information above, if you would like to submit a service request please complete the information on the following page. Any service performed on product that is not related to manufacturing issues will be charged to the purchasing dealer. The service department can provide a quote before beginning work.
