Service Request Review

In order to serve you better, we ask you review the list of scenarios prior to submitting a service request. This form is for warranty related issues. Any installation related issues need to be addressed with the company that completed the installation.

Contact the contractor or installer if:

  • Door does not open with ease
  • Door needs adjustments
  • There are gaps between the door panel and frame
  • There is water coming in
  • The door binds when opened or closed
  • There is condensation on the glass
  • Door does not lock
  • The door panel is bowed less than 1/4”

After reviewing the information above, if you would like to submit a service request please complete the information on the following page. Any service performed on product that is not related to manufacturing issues will be charged to the purchasing dealer. The service department can provide a quote before beginning work.
