SF450 Heavy Duty Subfloor Adhesive

A professional, heavy-duty grade adhesive developed for glued subfloor systems.

SF450 Heavy Duty subfloor adhesive can be used in most interior and exterior construction projects either on the job or the production line.  Bonds all wood to wood assemblies, dry, wet, or frozen. Primarily designed for on-site bonding of subfloor and plywood decking to joists during cold weather. Suitable for use on plaster, metal, masonry, concrete, wood, brick, ceramic tile, slate, treated lumber and most other projects requiring an adhesive. Ideal for use in prefab or modular construction.

For Best Results

Not for use on polyethylene, polypropylene, polytetrafluoroethylene and acrylic; unlined expanded or extruded polystyrene plastic foams. Not suitable for permanent water immersion or applications requiring temperature resistance greater than 150°F or below -20°F. Not for use on mirrors, tub and shower surrounds.

QUAD Invisible

QUAD Invisible offers all the great benefits of QUAD Max and QUAD in a crystal clear invisible formula, perfect for finishing work around stone, brick, and other fine building materials.
 
QUAD Invisible is ideal for sealing around exterior windows and doors, fiber-cement and vinyl siding, PVC trim, roofing, and gutters. Bonds without a primer to most common substrates like cedar, painted or stained woods, fiberglass, vinyl, coated aluminum, steel, metal, brick, stone, and concrete.

For Best Results

Do not use for sealing expansion joints, including butt joints, not compatible with polystyrene foams and polypropylene or polyethylene plastics. Do not use in applications requiring continuous water immersion. Do not use as a traffic bearing sealant, on log homes or inside an occupied structure. For best results, should not be used in applications less than ¼” depth in order to maintain the integrity of the sealant. Do not use to fill nail holes. For joints deeper than 3/8”, a backing material should be used. Tooling, feathering or smearing of the sealant is not necessary or recommended.

For Best Results

QUAD Window, Door, & Siding Sealant

H2U Window, Door, & Siding Sealant

H2U is developed primarily for sealing around exterior window and door frames, sill plates, electrical and plumbing penetrations and other areas where water and air can infiltrate. Ideal for sealing gaps and cracks found on the interior of the home. Works well along baseboards, floors, wall-to-floor joints, around window and door frames, ceiling to wall joints and any other crack or gaps found in and around a home. Works well on vinyl, aluminum and fiber cement siding, brick, concrete, metal, all types of wood, drywall, plaster, plastic moldings, tiles and most common building materials.

For Best Results

Not recommended for the following applications: underwater or permanent water immersion; applications requiring temperature resistance greater than 170°F; exterior use when rain or freezing conditions are expected within 24 hours; butt join applications; unfinished or unprimed fiber cement; mirrors.

HM270 Construction Silicone Sealant

HM270 is primarily used for structural or conventional type glazing and curtainwall sealing involving glass, plastic or metal. Also good for sealing skylights, solar panels, ventilators, aluminum siding and windows, heating/air conditioning units, duct work, recreational vehicles and other glass or metal assemblies.

For Best Results

Not recommended for the following applications: Use with concrete, marble, brass, copper, oily woods, limestone, brick, lead surfaces, PTFE, polyethylene, polypropylene, and related materials; joints subject to continuous water immersion (swimming pools); horizontal joints or traffic bearing joints where abrasion resistance is required (walkways, driveways, runways); totally confined or air-free spaces; sealing green or vulcanized rubber; use in potable water systems; direct contact on the reflective coatings on mirrors; applications requiring painting as paint will not adhere to silicone.

RF140 Roof & Flashing Sealant

RF140 is primarily used for bonding roof shingles, flashing and all general roof repairs, making minor repairs inside gutters and downspouts, and is excellent for fixing minor cracks in asphalt surfaces.

For Best Results

Not recommended for use inside occupied structures or in enclosed spaces; use as an expansion joint control sealant; bonding polystyrene foams, polypropylene or polyethylene plastics; continuous water immersion.

SC175 Draft & Acoustical Sound Sealant

SC175 is developed primarily for commercial construction utilizing light weight cavity walls and floor systems. Used successfully in office buildings, hotels, apartment complexes and other types of commercial and residential construction; exposed and unexposed applications at perimeter joints, floor and ceiling runners, cutouts in gypsum board, veneer plaster systems and other areas where a sound rating assembly is required. Can be applied or buttered around all electrical boxes and outlets, cold air returns, heating and air conditioning ducts and other utility equipment penetrating wall surfaces for increased acoustical performance. Works well for sealing sill and base plates in residential construction.

For Best Results

Do not use in underwater applications or permanent water immersion; applications requiring temperature resistance greater than 170°F; use on mirrors and metals that will corrode. One surface must be porous, not for use with two non-porous surfaces. Not recommended for polyethylene, polypropylene, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE)/Teflon, nylon, cement board (Durock).

Flameseal Fire, Smoke, & Draft Stop Sealant

Flameseal is primarily used to service penetrations around pipes, vents, ducts, and joints in horizontal and vertical fire separations. Adheres to wood, gypsum board, concrete, steel, copper, cast iron, and other common building materials. Lab tested and compatible with ABS, PVC, CPVC, PP, PE, and PB plastic materials. Also compatible with all electrical wiring and telecommunication cables listed in the firestop system designs. All other substrates should be submitted to Henkel Technical Service Department for compatibility testing prior to use.

For Best Results

Use this product only on listed systems designs printed in the Underwriters Laboratories and Wamock Hersey fire resistance directories. Not designed to be a waterproof seal. Do not apply if rain is expected within 24 hours, as exposure to rain, running or standing water or snow before the sealant is fully cured may cause it to washout. Not recommended for continuous water submersion or use below the waterline.

Foam Clean

QUAD Foam Window & Door Foam Sealant

There is no better protection from air and moisture infiltration than QUAD Foam. As an integral part of the QUAD Window & Door System, QUAD Foam is used to insulate and seal around windows and door frames, keeping the elements out of your install and structure.  It can also be used for jambs, mud sills, header joints, top plate penetrations, electrical and plumbing penetrations, and other areas where air infiltration or heat loss may occur. Bonds most building materials including vinyl, aluminum, fiberglass, wood, OSB, PVC, concrete or metal.

For Best Results

QUAD Foam is not a fire stopping material and should not be used in areas that require fireproof or fire stopping materials. Urethane foams are adversely affected by sunlight (UV light). Exposed foam must be coated with a protective covering or coating. Do not store window and door foam sealant on its side. Does not bond to polyethylene, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE)/Teflon or siliconized surfaces. For cold weather applications, product should be stored above 41°F at least 12 hours before application.
