Winners Announced!

Congratulations to the winners of the quarterly Well365 drawing. Every calendar quarter, anyone who meets the point criteria level will be eligible for the drawings. Three winners will be drawn from each point category per quarter.

Level One: Minimum of 700 points completed - $100 gift card awarded to:

  • Chad Olson - Sioux Falls
  • Cheryl Mack - Corp
  • Arlene Wiley - Corp

Level Two: Minimum of 500 points - $50 gift card awarded to:

Level Three: Minimum of 300 points - $25 gift card to:

If you have PTO remaining at the end of the calendar year, our policy allows you to carry over of up to five days (40 hours) of unused PTO into the next calendar year. The carried over hours must be used by March 31 or they will be forfeited.
