New Millwork Facility in the Cedar Valley

Building Products Inc. (BPI) held a groundbreaking ceremony on July for a new millwork facility located at their Iowa branch in Evansdale, Iowa. This development will house all millwork operations for the BPI of Iowa branch and feature upgraded, state-of-the-art equipment to ensure a quality product. 

“We are excited for this addition to our facility and the benefits it will bring to our millwork offering. This is the next step in our commitment to growing and improving our millwork operations.” stated J.J. Robson, General Manager of the BPI Iowa and Wisconsin branches. 

Throughout this project, BPI will be adding over 68,000 square feet to an existing structure located at the intersection of Evans and Dubuque Road in Evansdale, Iowa.  The completed project will be over 86,000 square feet and will service customers from both the Iowa and Wisconsin branches.  Construction is projected to be completed in 2020.
