WL Branch – Masterbrands Cabinet Specialist

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Introduce and position new or existing products to mutually agreed upon target accounts
  • Within target accounts:
    • Define competition
    • Define purchasing “triggers” that makes them buy from the competitor
  • Spread the BPI story on history, relationship, delivery and service
  • Promote the skills of our Cabinet Designers
  • Answers questions on benefits and proper usage of targeted products
  • Discuss features and benefits of ours vs. competitors in the market
  • Field assistance and training for new and existing dealers
  • Customized sales and marketing programs designed to help sell and position products
  • Assistance in specification and installation questions
  • Product sales training on both inside and outside sales people
  • Customized marketing promotions and display programs
  • Discover individual obstacles and develop strategies to overcome each obstacle

Skills & Requirements:

  • Passion for sales, outgoing, and comfortable meeting new customers
  • Basic Understanding of Cabinet Design and 2020 Software
  • General construction/remodeling knowledge helpful
  • Excel in customer service; have a friendly and positive attitude
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize in a very fast-paced office environment
  • Computer experience and math skills
  • Three years sales experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Physical Demands:

  • 80% travel expected per week
  • Some nights and weekends are required for dealer shows/contractor events

JOB: Regular, Full-time, Monday - Friday

LOCATION: Waterloo,  IA
